Core Talent is seeking a Client Account Manager to drive sales across New South Wales. Manage existing client relationships, prospect for new business, and train clients on specialised systems and applications.

The role leans on a technical/solution-based selling approach in construction and industrial sectors. You will travel to sites, build strong stakeholder rapport, and collaborate with marketing and customer service to maximise revenue and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an established NSW customer base and handle day-to-day client inquiries.
• Attend site visits, build stakeholder rapport, and conduct client training on systems and products.
• Participate in marketing activities to raise product profile and generate sales leads.
• Deliver monthly, quarterly and annual sales reporting; manage accounts strategically.
• Collaborate with customer service to ensure high satisfaction and manage admin tasks and feedback.
