Job summary

Corestaff, part of the CGH Group, is seeking a proactive Account Manager to cover Western and South-Western Sydney from the Eastern Creek team. The role focuses on building strong client and candidate relationships in a hands-on, field-based capacity.

Ideal candidates will have blue-collar recruitment experience and an understanding of safety requirements for a labour hire workforce. B2B sales or relational skills will also be considered to drive business growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in blue-collar recruitment.
• Understanding of safety requirements in managing a labour hire workforce.
• Resilience, initiative and people skills to build trust and grow the business.

Responsibilities

• Visit client sites regularly to maintain outstanding service.
• Manage recruitment, workforce coordination and ongoing client/candidate relationships.
• Conduct site visits, welfare checks and safety activities to ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist with payroll enquiries and day-to-day challenges for the workforce.
• Identify opportunities to expand accounts and grow labour supply.
• Collaborate with the branch team to improve service delivery.
