Job summary

Hilti Australia is seeking an Account Manager to drive growth across NSW. You will own a portfolio of customer accounts, manage field visits and on-site demonstrations of our latest tools, and deliver consultative support to construction leaders.

In this role you’ll build long-term relationships, plan daily schedules, and use Salesforce to track activities and opportunities. A self-motivated, independent worker with a valid Australian Driver's License will thrive here.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing sales roles.
• Construction industry experience is highly advantageous.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently.
• Hands-on with tools demonstrations and on-site visits.
• Excellent time management and planning skills.
• Valid Australian driver’s license with company car provided.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers in NSW to capture opportunities.
• Plan daily schedules and manage territory for sales productivity.
• Present Hilti tools and provide high-level consultative support.
• Use Salesforce to record interactions and track progress.
