Job summary

Adbri Limited is seeking an Account Manager to drive new business development and manage key accounts from our Prestons concrete plant, covering the greater Sydney market. You will build strong customer relationships, identify opportunities, and deliver practical solutions to maximise sales and customer satisfaction.

You will work with a respected brand and receive a fully maintained company vehicle along with a competitive remuneration package.

Qualifications

Proven sales success in concrete, construction materials or related industries.
Ability to identify and secure new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

Identify, pursue and secure new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and cold calling.
Develop and execute territory growth plans to increase market share and revenue.
Manage and grow an existing customer portfolio while ensuring exceptional service and retention.
Prepare accurate quotations and deliver commercially viable solutions.
Monitor market activity, competitor movements, and project pipelines to identify opportunities.
Collaborate with operational teams to ensure customer expectations are met and exceeded.
Achieve agreed sales targets, revenue objectives, and KPI outcomes.
Provide regular reporting, forecasting, and market intelligence to the Sales Manager.
