Job summary

Bluemont Pty Ltd is expanding its Australian footprint and seeking a self-motivated Sales Executive to own and grow a greenfield territory across the country. The role focuses on complex, relationship-driven B2B sales with councils, engineering firms, design consultants, civil contractors and mining companies.

You will drive sales of Bluemont’s Rock Bags and Mobile Flood Barriers, manage the entire sales cycle, and travel regularly to client sites and industry events.

Qualifications

• Experienced Sales Executive with civil, construction, mining or water infrastructure background.
• Proven ability to run long, relationship-driven sales cycles.
• Willing to travel regularly across Australia; valid driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales of Bluemont’s erosion and flood protection products across Australia.
• Build long-term relationships with councils, water authorities, engineering firms, design consultants, civil contractors and mining companies.
• Manage complex sales cycles from early engagement through project delivery; conduct site visits and product demonstrations.
• Own forecasting, pipeline and territory planning; represent Bluemont at industry events and field days.
