Bluemont Pty Ltd in Australia is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead growth across South Australia and nationwide. You will own the territory, build relationships with councils, engineering firms and mining companies, and convert opportunities into revenue. You’ll manage long, complex sales cycles, conduct site visits and product demonstrations, and forecast and plan your pipeline. Travel across Australia is required.

Qualifikationen

• Background in civil, construction, mining, water infrastructure, environmental products or similar complex B2B sales.
• Proven ability to run long, relationship-driven sales cycles.
• Self-motivated and highly accountable; capable of working with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable engaging with engineers, project managers and design consultants.
• Willing to travel regularly across Australia; field-based role.
• Valid driver’s licence.

Aufgaben

• Establish and grow Bluemont’s presence across Australia.
• Drive sales of Rock Bags and Mobile Flood Barriers.
• Build long-term relationships with councils, water authorities, engineering firms, design consultants, civil contractors and mining companies.
• Manage complex sales cycles from early engagement to project delivery.
• Conduct site visits, technical discussions and product demonstrations.
• Own forecasting, pipeline and territory planning.
• Represent Bluemont at industry events and field days.
