Job Q is seeking a field-based Collections Specialist in Homebush, NSW. You will spend the majority of your time meeting customers face-to-face, building relationships, and negotiating repayment arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Meet customers face-to-face and conduct follow-up discussions by phone.
• Negotiate and establish sustainable repayment arrangements.
• Build rapport and maintain professional customer relationships.
• Monitor payment arrangements and follow-up activities.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with policies.
• Manage your schedule and travel requirements.
• Travel nationally as required (about every 5 weeks).
