Job Q is seeking a field-based Collections Specialist in Homebush, NSW. You will spend the majority of your time meeting customers face-to-face, building relationships, and negotiating repayment arrangements.

The role requires autonomous work with strong team support to achieve positive outcomes. The position offers a competitive salary of 88,500 AUD plus super, a commission structure with significant earning potential (OTE around 150,000), a company vehicle, and comprehensive training alongside

Responsibilities

• Meet customers face-to-face and conduct follow-up discussions by phone.

• Monitor payment arrangements and follow-up activities.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with policies.
• Manage your schedule and travel requirements.
• Travel nationally as required (about every 5 weeks).
