Randstad, partnered with a leading Australian credit management leader, invites empathetic communicators to join as a Collections Officer in Hurstville CBD, NSW. This full-time role offers Mon-Fri 8:30-5:00 with no weekends or late nights and a clear path into financial services.

No debt collections experience is required; full paid training and ongoing career progression are provided, and earnings include base salary plus super and uncapped monthly bonuses in a supportive, team‑oriented office.

Qualifications

• No prior debt recovery or financial services experience required.
• Transferable customer service skills welcomed.
• Excellent verbal communication is essential.
• Ability to handle sensitive financial conversations with care.

Responsibilities

• Customer Negotiation & Solutions: engage with customers via calls to arrange payments.
• Investigative Support: use tools to reconnect with customers and update records.
• Relationship & Trust Building: de-escalate and build trust with customers.
• Compliance & Data Integrity: document interactions accurately per regulations.
