No debt collections experience is required; full paid training and ongoing career progression are provided, and earnings include base salary plus super and uncapped monthly bonuses in a supportive, team‑oriented office.

What You'll Be Doing

Working on behalf of major Australian financial and credit institutions, you will handle sensitive financial conversations with empathy and professionalism:

• Customer Negotiation & Solutions: Engage with customers via inbound and outbound calls to understand their unique financial situations and negotiate realistic, manageable payment arrangements.
• Investigative Support: Utilise search tools and modern skip-tracing techniques to re-connect with customers and update records.
• Relationship & Trust Building: Overcome objections, de-escalate sensitive situations, and build trust through respectful, non-judgmental dialogue.
• Compliance & Data Integrity: Maintain clear, precise interaction notes while adhering to industry regulations and compliance standards.
