Hoban Recruitment in Sydney is seeking a resilient Field Collections Agent to actively manage a portfolio of customer accounts through door-to-door visits, phone follow-ups and repayment negotiations.

You will plan visits, engage customers at their homes, and negotiate realistic repayment arrangements while handling sensitive conversations with professionalism and independence in the field.

Formación

• Experience in sales, customer service or another field-based role.
• Confidence conducting door-to-door visits and approaching customers at residential addresses.
• Strong negotiation, rapport-building and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage difficult, sensitive or confrontational conversations professionally.
• A self-motivated and results-focused approach.
• Confidence using email, mobile applications and customer-management systems.

Responsabilidades

• Manage an allocated portfolio of outstanding customer accounts
• Plan and complete door-to-door field visits across designated areas
• Locate and engage customers at residential addresses
• Discuss outstanding debts and understand individual financial circumstances
• Negotiate realistic and sustainable repayment arrangements
• Follow up customers by phone and monitor active repayment plans
• Maintain accurate records of visits, conversations and agreed arrangements
