This hands-on, autonomous role rewards performance with a base salary of $88,500 plus commission, and opportunities to develop specialist negotiation and financial services experience while working in a field-based capacity.

Qualifications

• Background in field sales, door-to-door sales, collections, or customer-facing roles.
• Proven ability to negotiate repayment plans and resolve accounts.
• Comfortable with face-to-face customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own portfolio of customer accounts across Sydney.
• Conduct residential door-to-door visits and engage customers face-to-face.
• Negotiate repayment arrangements and resolve outstanding accounts.
• Build rapport and identify suitable solutions for customers.
• Follow up with customers via phone and maintain records.
• Work independently to meet portfolio and performance targets.
