This role is ideal for confident communicators who enjoy solving problems, building relationships, and achieving goals. No collections experience is required; full training and ongoing coaching will be provided to help you succeed.

Collections Agent | Top-Rated Fintech | $80 - 85K + Super + 5% Bonus

MAYDAY is excited to partner with a market-leading fintech to recruit motivated, ambitious, and customer-focused individuals to join their high-performing Collections team.

This isn't your typical collections role. You'll work directly with small business owners, helping them navigate challenging financial situations while developing tailored repayment solutions that deliver positive outcomes for everyone involved.

No collections experience required. Full training and ongoing coaching will be provided.

What you'll be doing

• Managing a high volume of inbound and outbound customer conversations
• Building strong rapport with small business owners

• Overcoming objections and handling challenging conversations confidently
• Managing your own portfolio of customer accounts
• Recording customer interactions through Salesforce and internal systems

About you

We're looking for attitude, drive, and potential over industry experience.

You may be:

• A recent university graduate
• Working in sales, customer service, hospitality, retail leadership, recruitment, banking, or a contact centre environment
• Looking to build a long-term career within a growing fintech business
