Hastings Deering in Rockhampton (Central Queensland) is seeking a Product Support Sales Representative to build trusted customer relationships, deliver aftermarket solutions, and improve uptime across a defined territory. This permanent, full-time role reports to the Product Support Sales Manager – Regional and focuses on expanding parts and service opportunities using CRM.

You will conduct equipment inspections, manage the sales funnel, and promote Caterpillar service offerings such as CVAs,

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in a customer-facing role within heavy earthmoving or related industry.
• Proven ability to manage a large and diverse customer base with territory management.
• Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with customers and understand their service needs.
• Develop and execute account and territory plans aligned to performance targets.
• Own and manage the sales funnel using CRM to progress parts and service opportunities.
• Conduct equipment inspections to identify health risks and generate proactive service opportunities.
• Maintain accurate equipment and customer data in CRM and log interactions.
• Resolve parts, warranty, or service issues with internal teams to improve uptime.
• Promote Hastings Deering service offerings including CVAs, Repair Options, Rebuilds, and Digital Platforms.
• Monitor competitive activity and identify new opportunities within the fleet.
