Job summary

Coates Hire Operations Pty Limited in Chinchilla is seeking an Account Manager to take ownership of a diverse customer portfolio, grow revenue and deliver tailored equipment and solutions that add real value to your customers' businesses.

You will report to the Regional Sales Manager and manage relationships while identifying opportunities to expand Coates' offerings in the local market.

Qualifications

• Experience in a sales or account management role in construction, industrial, equipment hire or related industry.
• Proven ability to build trusted customer relationships and identify growth opportunities.
• Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to analyze customer needs and develop strategic account plans.
• Proactive, resilient approach with drive to achieve sales targets.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration across teams.
• Current valid driver's licence.

• Establish lead point of contact for client matters and build trusted relationships.
• Navigate allocated client organisations and raise awareness of Coates offerings.
