Job summary

Coates in Chinchilla invites an Account Manager to lead a diverse client portfolio, growing revenue and delivering tailored equipment solutions. You will be the main contact, building trusted relationships and driving initiatives with support teams.

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you’ll identify opportunities and contribute to sales growth while representing a leading equipment hire provider in a regional setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in a sales or account management role, ideally within construction, industrial, equipment hire, manufacturing or a related industry.
• Ability to build trusted customer relationships and identify growth opportunities.
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.

We’re looking for a driven and relationship-focused Account Manager to join our Chinchilla team. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you’ll take ownership of a diverse customer portfolio, identifying opportunities to grow revenue, strengthen partnerships and deliver tailored equipment and solutions that add real value to your customers’ businesses.

What You’ll Bring To The Role
