Job summary

The Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP) is seeking a Program Officer - Fellowship Support Program to provide administrative support for GP training programs. You will manage registrar case support, coordinate training activities, maintain databases, and liaise with stakeholders to ensure compliant program delivery.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in administration within complex organisations.
• Strong organisational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Proven ability to build effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level customer service to a cohort of FSP registrars and coordinate their training activities with medical educators and operational staff.
• Monitor program databases to track registrar progress and ensure timely delivery of relevant information.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for registrar-related inquiries, escalating issues as needed.
• Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
