• Demonstrated experience in administration within complex organisations.
• Strong organisational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Proven ability to build effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• provide high level customer service to a cohort of FSP registrars and coordinate their training activities with medical educators and operational staff.
• monitor program databases to track registrar progress and ensure timely delivery of relevant information.
• serve as the primary point of contact for registrar-related inquiries, escalating issues as needed.
• foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
