Job summary

The Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP) invites applications for a CPD Program Officer to provide operational and administrative support to the CPD team across workflows and system processes.

You will apply CPD knowledge to resolve member needs, identify improvements and implement agreed solutions while collaborating with a small team in a flexible hybrid work setting. Applicants must have the right to work in Australia and support for diverse backgrounds is provided.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication; interpret member needs.
• Able to work autonomously and in a small team under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving, sound judgment and task prioritisation.
• Proficient in MS Office and in identifying process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and administrative support across the CPD team; coordinate workflows and monitor system processes.
• Analyse member needs, resolve problems and provide program resources across various contexts.
• Contribute to program improvements by identifying gaps and implementing solutions.
