Job summary

Halter is seeking a Business Development Executive for the South Coast region of New South Wales, ideally based in Nowra. You will drive growth, win new accounts, and represent Halter on the ground, building relationships with farmers and graziers, communicating Halter's grazing technology and benefits.

You will work with Product and Support, forecast revenue, and help scale the company as it expands across NSW and beyond.

Qualifications

• Experience in farm systems or the wider agricultural sector.
• Proven track record of winning new business and managing the full sales cycle.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• On-farm sales meetings to understand needs and clearly communicate value.
• Prospecting and building a pipeline of quality farms for Halter.
• Networking to establish and maintain Halter's brand.
• Forecast revenue with the Business Development Manager.
• Drive growth initiatives to optimise the sales process as the company scales.
