Job summary

Halter is seeking a Business Development Executive for Dairy in Northern Victoria, Australia. You will drive growth and customer success across a regional territory, acting as Halter’s on-the-ground representative with daily focus on expansion and long-term satisfaction.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine the sales approach, nurture relationships with farmers, and contribute to Halter’s mission of sustainable, productive grazing.

Qualifications

• Experience in Dairy systems or agriculture is essential.
• Proven track record of meeting growth targets.
• Ability to own end-to-end sales cycle from lead to close.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-farm meetings to assess needs and communicate Halter’s value.
• Build and manage a pipeline of quality farms in Northern Victoria.
• Collaborate with Product and Support to ensure customer success.
• Forecast revenue with the sales leadership and contribute to monthly targets.
• Continuously improve sales processes as Halter scales.
