Job summary

Halter is seeking a driven Sales Hunter to grow and manage corporate accounts across NSW. You’ll lead multi-stakeholder engagements, navigate complex negotiations, and build a robust pipeline to expand Halter’s footprint in the agricultural sector.

You’ll report to senior leadership and collaborate with product, CS, and support teams to deliver exceptional results for large farming businesses. A hunter mindset and strong relationship skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven success in selling to enterprise customers with long cycles.
• Ability to identify opportunities and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Strong networking and prospecting skills to build a robust pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sales processes with enterprise farming clients.
• Develop account strategies and stakeholder engagement plans.
• Collaborate with product, CS, and support to deliver value for corporate accounts.
• Forecast revenue monthly and quarterly; drive growth initiatives.
• Navigate complex negotiations to close multi-million dollar contracts.
• Build and protect Halter's presence across NSW corporate clients.
