Job summary

Halter is seeking an Enterprise Sales Lead to drive Halter’s Corporate accounts across Australia in Beef and Dairy. You’ll be a hunter who grows the largest accounts, negotiates at boardroom level, and guides a high‑performing team to deliver measurable value for farmers and agribusinesses.

You’ll report to the GM NSW, collaborate with product, marketing and support teams, and shape the enterprise strategy to scale Halter’s presence across major Australian accounts.

Qualifications

• Experience in enterprise sales across Australia, with a track record of closing multi-million dollar deals.
• Ability to build and coach teams, align stakeholders, and navigate complex negotiations.
• Strong communication, storytelling, and relationship-building across farming/agribusiness clients.

Responsibilities

• Scale the NSW Enterprise organisation with structure, talent and coaching for hypergrowth.
• Spend significant time in the field, model best practices, and train managers and reps.
• Lead strategic enterprise accounts, manage pipeline, forecast revenue, and drive growth initiatives.
