CBRE Group, Inc. in Sydney CBD is seeking experienced Facility Managers to join a fast-paced contract management team. You will oversee day-to-day FM service delivery for a major client, coordinate repairs, and manage budgets and HSE practices across multiple properties.

The role requires 4+ years in facilities management, strong沟 communication, and the ability to work with contractors to maintain high standards. Entry is based in Sydney with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in property discipline are desirable.
• At least 4 years facilities management experience.
• Experience managing fit-outs, refurbishments and maintenance.
• Good understanding of budgeting, reporting and financial management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with Health & Safety at work regulations.
• Proficiency in core Microsoft Office applications.
• Travel availability and valid driver’s license.

Responsabilités

• Deliver efficient and cost-effective FM services for the client.
• Coordinate and manage facility repairs and maintenance with technicians and vendors.
• Manage the HSE program and annual inspections with regular reporting.
• Collaborate with contractors to resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Prepare, manage and update annual Opex and Capex budgets with client input.
• Implement and maintain preventative maintenance schedules and asset management.
• Produce consolidated monthly reports on service requests and tenancy inspections.
• Identify energy efficiency improvements and monitor outcomes.
