Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management, property management, building operations or a related field
• Strong contractor coordination and stakeholder management skills
• Knowledge of building services, compliance requirements and workplace health and safety principles
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems

• Coordinate maintenance and contractor activities
• Support compliance, WHS and essential services requirements
• Assist with building inspections and service delivery initiatives
• Help deliver sustainability and operational improvement programs
• Manage tenant requests and stakeholder communications
• Support budgets, purchase orders and invoice processing
