Job summary

The role sits within the Facilities Management function, providing support to Property Managers on repairs and investment plans, capital projects, and budgets with a focus on safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with 3–5 years of facilities management experience.
• Valid driver's license; Facility Management certification preferred.
• Experience in staffing, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees and coach performance; conduct evaluations.
• Schedule daily activities and assign tasks; manage deadlines.
• Coordinate facility repairs and maintenance with technicians and vendors.
• Maintain client relationships and resolve facility issues.
• Prepare capital projects and operating budgets.
