CBRE is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee operations and maintenance for a portfolio of buildings in a corporate environment across Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane. You will lead a team, coordinate repairs, manage budgets, and drive safety and compliance while delivering reliable facility services for clients.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Valid driver's license required. Facility Management certification preferred.
• Experience in staffing, training, development, coaching, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention preferred.
• Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated information and convey performance expectations.
• Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness.
