• Previous experience in Facilities Management, property or related role.

• Ability to adapt to flexible, casual work assignments.

Responsibilities

• Be the core pillar for day-to-day operations of the site.
• Coordinate and manage facility repairs and maintenance with technicians, vendors, and contractors.
• Perform facility inspections and QA, suggest improvements.
• Manage environmental health and safety procedures for facilities.
• Oversee vendor relationships and invoicing.
• Conduct process and training on maintenance, repairs, and safety.
• Lead by example and align with CBRE RISE values.
• Identify and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues.
• Full-time casual role - maternity leave cover.
