Job summary

JLL is hiring a Facilities Coordinator in Brisbane to manage tenant maintenance, cleaning and on-demand repairs for a major client. The role reports to the Workplace Services Manager and involves coordinating vendors, maintaining work orders, and supporting on-site operations in a dynamic commercial environment.

Ideal candidates have strong interpersonal and administrative skills, a customer-service mindset, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Entry level role with emphasis on service excellence.
• Strong IT and administrative skills.
• Ability to perform regular building inspections.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Self-motivated with minimal supervision.
• OH&S knowledge and vendor management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client service requests using CMMS to open and action work orders.
• Coordinate maintenance and cleaning contractors for various trades.
• Act as point of contact for tenants; attend site inspections and meetings.
• Assist with vendor procurement and invoice review for contractual alignment.
• Maintain open work orders and coordinate monthly contractor meetings.
• Attend internal JLL functions and complete online/in-person training for career growth.
• Conduct regular client meetings and provide project coordination support.
• Manage simple maintenance and repair projects up to a set value on behalf of the client.
