Job summary

JLL Australia is seeking a Workplace Coordinator to partner with the Workplace Manager, ensuring smooth facilities operations, vendor oversight, and project coordination. You’ll manage service delivery, budgets, and compliance while collaborating with clients and internal teams to drive continuous improvement and workplace excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in multi-tasking operational duties and facility management best practices.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with accountability for results.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple priorities under pressure with confidentiality.
• Formal tertiary qualification in management/operations or facilities management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Foster and maintain positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants while meeting contract KPIs.
• Conduct daily site inspections and coordinate subcontracted services and compliance requirements.
• Raise and submit purchase orders; coordinate with finance for budget and invoice processing.
• Assist Workplace Manager on integrated facility management projects and capital planning.
• Prepare monthly reports, participate in client meetings, and provide 24/7 emergency support with local travel as needed.
