Job summary

JLL in Sydney is seeking a Facilities Operations professional to oversee day-to-day M&E and building systems for critical spaces. The role ensures safe, reliable workplace operations and supports external vendors to meet SLAs.

You will inspect spaces, coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance, respond to incidents, and maintain accurate records in line with HSE standards and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of building operations experience on critical infrastructure environments.
• Experience with HVAC, Fire protection, Electrical systems and BMS.
• Flexible to shift hours and on-site presence as required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect office spaces for site readiness and maintain safe operations.
• Monitor M&E equipment, alarms, and status; escalate abnormalities as needed.
• Coordinate preventive and reactive maintenance with vendors and internal teams.
• Create and close work orders; maintain asset records and SLAs.
• Respond to M&E incidents and provide after-hours supervision as required.
• Prepare monthly records and communicate handover notes clearly.
