Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is recruiting a Facilities Coordinator for on-site support in Canberra, Brisbane, Melbourne and beyond. The role focuses on delivering FM services, coordinating with centralised teams, vendors and service providers, and ensuring timely issue resolution across sites.

You will manage administrative tasks, asset validation, and compliance documentation while supporting Preventative Maintenance and Asset Management initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 year’s experience in property related role.
• Current Real Estate Certificate of Registration.
• Ability to obtain and hold an AGSVA Clearance and/or related Entity clearances.

Responsibilities

• Deliver superior service measured through contractual KPIs.
• Ensure tasks are completed on time with documented gaps and management plan.
• Maintain compliance with WHS, environmental and risk policies.
• Collaborate with Facilities Managers, Vendors and internal teams.
• Support service delivery to meet contractual obligations of the FM contract remit.
