Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Canberra is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to support FM services across properties. You will coordinate daily FM activities using Corrigo CMMS, manage contractor performance escalations, and ensure timely site issue resolution with minimal disruption.

You will also handle admin tasks such as Change Direct Notices, asset validation, and reporting, while supporting maintenance plans, landlord communications, and compliance records.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience in a property-related role is essential.
• Current Real Estate Certificate of Registration is required.
• Ability to obtain AGSVA clearance or other entity clearances.

Responsibilities

• Support FM services across owned and leased properties.
• Coordinate day-to-day FM activities using Corrigo CMMS.
• Manage contractor performance escalations and site issues.
• Process Change Direct Notices, validate assets and documents, prepare reports.
• Assist with Preventative Maintenance and Asset Management Plans.
• Maintain compliance records and landlord communications.
