South East Queensland Hauliers in Hemmant is seeking an experienced Dispatch, Export & Warehouse Coordinator to join our growing transport and logistics team. You will manage the day-to-day movement of freight, vehicles and export goods, coordinating dispatch, container movements and weighbridge activities to keep freight moving safely and efficiently.

• Previous experience in dispatch, export, warehouse, logistics or freight coordination.
• Strong administration and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Good computer and systems skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
• Proactive, hands-on approach.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate daily dispatch, export and warehouse activities.
• Manage incoming and outgoing freight.
• Coordinate container movements and export loads.
• Schedule and coordinate dispatch requirements.
• Liaise with drivers, customers, transport operators, warehouse staff and internal teams.
• Prepare and check export and transport documentation.
• Ensure freight is prepared and ready for dispatch.
• Coordinate warehouse stock and freight movements.
• Record and verify vehicle and freight weights.
• Ensure weighbridge records and documentation are accurate.
• Monitor loading and unloading activities.
• Follow up outstanding freight, documentation and deliveries.
• Identify and resolve issues impacting dispatch or customers.
• Maintain accurate records across transport, warehouse, export and weighbridge systems.
• Ensure all work aligns with safety and procedures.
