Job summary

Qualifications

High level of accuracy and numeracy skills required.
Experience in dispatch, logistics or operations preferred.
Strong customer service and stakeholder management background.

Responsibilities

Maintain a safe working environment and ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental legislation.
Plan loads and deliveries to optimise space and capacity within notice periods.
Coordinate delivery schedules with yard and production teams; prepare picking slips.
Track loads and liaise with cartage providers to ensure timely deliveries.
Manage customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain stakeholder communication.
Ensure credit controls and adherence to company policies for deliveries and related transactions.
