Join our Sydney team as a full-time Dispatch Coordinator. This role involves processing outbound orders, preparing freight for transport, and creating daily schedules for drivers.

Responsibilities include:

• Scanning and dispatching freight
• Stacking and wrapping pallets, along with other warehouse duties
• Creating air and road consignment notes
• Lodging and collecting freight at air and sea terminals
• Loading and unloading delivery vehicles, with occasional deliveries
• Collaborating with management to modify routes based on customer needs
• Preparing daily work schedules and notifying drivers of road hazards
• Monitoring driver logs for errors, violations, and working hours
• Processing export and import shipments

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of warehousing experience
• Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
• Current forklift license or willingness to obtain one
• Experience with warehousing & distribution or freight forwarding is highly regarded
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Experience with dispatch software is desirable
