Job summary

South East Queensland Hauliers is seeking an Export & Dispatch Coordinator based in Hemmant to coordinate daily dispatch, export and warehouse activities. You will manage freight movements, container loads and export documentation, working closely with drivers, customers and internal teams in a hands-on role.

• Previous experience in a coordination role (dispatch/export/warehouse/logistics)
• Experience with freight, containers, or warehouse operations
• Weighbridge operations experience highly regarded
• Strong administration skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
• Proactive, hands-on approach and team player
• Experience across export, dispatch, warehouse or transport coordination favored

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily dispatch, export and warehouse activities
• Manage incoming/outgoing freight and container movements
• Prepare and check export documents and weighbridge records
• Liaise with drivers, customers, and internal teams
• Monitor loading/unloading and ensure safety procedures
• Maintain accurate records across transport systems
