Job summary

Randstad in Auburn is seeking two motivated Dispatch Coordinators to join our growing team. You will coordinate deliveries, manage schedules, and communicate with drivers, customers, and internal teams to ensure operations run smoothly.

Hourly rate of $38.89 per hour plus super, with AM/PM rosters: 7am-3pm, 11am-7pm, and 12pm-8pm. Overtime may be available. This role offers a collaborative environment and opportunities to develop your logistics career.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Dispatch Coordinator, Transport Coordinator, Scheduler, Transport Administrator, Logistics Administrator or Logistics Coordinator
• Proactive, solution-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a customer-focused mindset
