Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven scheduling experience in a high-volume field service or trade environment.
• Strong organisational and time management skills with attention to detail.
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks and maintaining accuracy.
• Excellent communication with customers, technicians and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily schedules for field technicians.
• Allocate and map jobs to maximise productivity and minimise travel time.
• Proactively manage workloads to schedule and complete as many jobs as possible.
• Contact customers to arrange and confirm appointments.
• Manage cancellations, reschedules and last-minute changes.
• Communicate with technicians, customers and internal teams to keep operations running smoothly.
• Maintain accurate scheduling records and job information.
• Identify opportunities to improve scheduling efficiency and workflows.
