Total Metering Services (TMS) in Helensvale is seeking a Customer Support & Scheduling Administrator to coordinate technician schedules and support daily operations while delivering outstanding customer service. You will work closely with field teams to ensure work is planned, communicated, and recorded accurately across multiple systems.

This full-time role (Mon-Fri) requires strong communication, organisational skills, and proficiency in MS Office.

Competenze

Experience in customer service or scheduling.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
Experience using scheduling, CRM, or job management systems is desirable.

Mansioni

Coordinate and schedule daily work activities for field technicians to maximise productivity and service delivery.
Monitor workloads and adjust schedules for new work, urgent requests, cancellations and changes.
Liaise with customers, clients, technicians and internal stakeholders to coordinate appointments and resolve inquiries.
Confirm completed work, reconcile daily job status, and update work orders accurately.
Maintain records by updating portals, scheduling systems and databases.
Monitor service requests and emails, ensuring timely action and resolution.
