Job summary

West Recruitment partners with an established energy and utilities business in Australia to recruit for a temporary NSW-based role coordinating field technicians and ensuring smart meter installations run smoothly. You will schedule and dispatch technicians across NSW, manage urgent jobs, liaise with customers and contractors, and monitor progress.

The role offers WFH Thursdays and Fridays, a rotating Saturday roster, and strong training and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience in scheduling, dispatch, customer service or operations administration.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Organised, proactive and able to juggle competing priorities.
• Confident using Microsoft Office and business systems.
• Salesforce experience advantageous.
• Available immediately or at short notice.

About your new company:

Our client is an established business within the energy and utilities sector, specialising in smart metering and field services across Australia and New Zealand.

About Your New Role

Joining a busy operations team, you'll coordinate field technicians across NSW, ensuring smart meter installations and maintenance run smoothly. This is initially a temporary role and your focus will be on resolving issues, managing urgent jobs and keeping things on track.

• Coordinate appointments and site access.
