Act Now Energy Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Scheduler to join our Geebung-based team. You will coordinate daily work orders for field technicians, maximise scheduling efficiency and ensure smooth job completion in a busy environment.

The role requires excellent organisation, attention to detail and strong communication with customers and technicians. A flexible start date, one work-from-home day per week after probation, and ongoing development opportunities are offered.

The Opportunity

We're looking for a confident, experienced and highly organised Scheduler to join our Metering team.

This is a fast-paced role suited to someone who enjoys a busy workload, takes pride in their productivity and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and get things done.

You’ll be responsible for coordinating daily work orders for our field technicians, maximising scheduling efficiency and ensuring jobs are completed as smoothly as possible.

While some aspects of the role can be repetitive, it suits someone who enjoys routine, works efficiently and takes satisfaction in managing a high volume of work while maintaining accuracy.

We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running, think on their feet and adapt quickly when priorities change.

With the Christmas and New Year period approaching, we're flexible on the commencement date and happy to discuss a start date that works for the right candidate.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Coordinating and managing daily schedules for field technicians.

• Excellent computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.

• Experience with ServiceM8, Simpro or similar scheduling software would be highly regarded.

Hours & Working Arrangements

• Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm, based at our Geebung office.
• One work-from-home day per week available following successful completion of probation.
• Some flexibility and willingness to work additional hours or overtime may be required from time to time to meet operational demands.
• Flexible commencement date – we're happy to discuss a suitable start date with the successful candidate.
