Service Stream Maintenance Pty Ltd is seeking a Project Coordinator in Advanced Metering to join our Melbourne team. The role involves end-to-end scheduling of work orders, coordinating inductions, and ensuring compliance with client and regulatory requirements.

Based at Collins St, Melbourne, you will report to the Scheduling & Performance Manager and support multiple contracts with a high standard of service delivery, data accuracy, and stakeholder communication.

Formación

• Minimum 12 months experience in work order management & scheduling.
• Knowledge of the electricity industry in Australia desired.
• Professional and confident talking to commercial customers.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Excellent organisational and administration skills.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while building effective working relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with conflicting priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate and manage all aspects of workforce scheduling, planning and allocation in relevant systems for work orders as proposed by client and available capacity.
• Schedule work orders with customers via phone and / or email to arrange access for our workforce.
• Coordinate all inductions, pre approvals, and any additional requirements requested by the customer.
• Working efficiently with Service Stream and client systems and databases.
• Maintain an organised and up to date database documenting all administrative tasks performed.
• Ensure all work performed is in accordance with contractual quality and safety requirements to company standards and to the satisfaction of the client and customers.
• Identify and consolidate data from the client in order to plan and allocate work orders.
• Maintain field resource leave requests to ensure adequate resourcing.
• Attend weekly stakeholder and client meetings to deliver comprehensive scheduling progress reports.
• Undertake and complete any other duties as requested by the Scheduling & Performance Manager.
• Strong focus on problem solving, compliance and servicing the client’s expectations
