Job summary

Concept Commercial Interiors Pty is seeking an Experience and Operations Coordinator to oversee the engine room across four Australian offices and 70 staff. You will manage the client experience in spaces, the employee experience behind them, and the office, travel, events and resource coordination, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

You will also drive improvements using AI and technology and shape how this function grows.

Qualifications

• Proven or aligned experience in administration or office management across one or more sites.
• Travel across all states managed and events run smoothly; plan ahead.
• Composure when prioritising with multiple states needing tasks.
• A taste for pace and the ability to improve through action.
• Care that people can feel in every state, from a birthday cupcake to a well-considered client space.

Responsibilities

• Run the engine room of Concept across four Australian offices and 70 staff, covering client and employee experience, office, travel, events and resources.
• Use AI and technology to improve how this function runs over time, not just keep it ticking.
• Work across every part of how Concept operates and learn quickly; the prior role progressed into an HR function.
• Be the go-to person any team member can call for support across states and offices.
