As we continue to grow and expand our group of businesses, we are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant (EA) to support our Group CEO and Leadership Team.
This is far more than a traditional administration role.
You will be a trusted partner to the Group CEO, helping to keep priorities moving, ensuring the leadership team operates effectively, and creating the structure, organisation and support that enables the business to perform at its best.
We're looking for someone who notices what others miss, anticipates needs before they arise, and takes pride in delivering work to the highest standard.
As EA, you will provide high-level support to the Group CEO and broader Leadership Team across administration, coordination, project support, travel management, events and office operations.
You'll play a central role in keeping our executive team organised, prepared and focused while ensuring the office environment runs smoothly and professionally.
