This role is less about managing a calendar and more about making sure the right things get done.
You will act as the air-traffic controller for executive priorities — helping the CEO stay focused and informed while ensuring important decisions, commitments and initiatives keep moving.
The role exists to bring structure and follow-through to competing priorities, freeing up the CEO to focus on the work that has the greatest impact.
Create structure and rhythm around competing priorities
Turn meetings, discussions and rough ideas into clear actions, owners and deadlines
Close loops and ensure commitments are followed through
Protect the CEO’s time and attention by filtering noise and surfacing what matters
Keep senior leaders aligned on decisions, priorities and progress
Identify risks, overlaps and conflicting priorities early
Build practical systems that improve accountability and consistency
Bring calm and clarity when the pace or pressure increases
You will have the confidence to follow up senior leaders, challenge priorities respectfully and redirect activity when it is getting in the way of progress.
This is not a traditional EA role centred on diary management, travel and administration.
Those responsibilities are part of the position, but they are not its purpose.
We are looking for someone who anticipates what needs to happen, creates the structure around it and follows it through to an outcome.

attending key meetings and capturing decisions, actions and owners
maintaining a clear source of truth for priorities, commitments and risks
following up actions and escalating early
managing information flow across the executive and leadership team
translating complex information into concise summaries
triaging email and meeting requests
improving meeting structure and protecting executive focus time
maintaining records and systems so important information is easy to retrieve
supporting selected priority projects
managing diary and traditional EA requirements as needed.
You are to be an experienced senior EA, Executive Officer who has worked successfully in a high-pressure, fast-moving environment.
You will be:
