Job summary

Peppers Craigieburn, part of Peppers Retreats, Resorts and Hotels, is seeking a Conference & Events Coordinator in Bowral NSW. You will liaise with clients, coordinate event plans, and work closely with the Food & Beverage team to deliver exceptional weddings and meetings.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating events and weddings with strong client relationships.
• Strong administrative skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Skilled in collaborating with suppliers, vendors, clients for favourable terms.
• Can-do attitude with excellent time management.
• Flexible availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Liaising with clients and stakeholders to understand event goals, create event plans, and keep everything on track with budgets and schedules
• Execution of conferencing and events including weddings
• Proactively address and resolve any issues that may arise during the event, striving for perfection
• Coordinate logistics, including equipment, contractors, resources, and personnel involved in and supporting the event
• Maintain a polished and professional image as a representative of our company, ensuring a consistently high standard of service
• Flexibility to assist with service in Food & Beverage departments during quieter periods
