Peppers Retreats, Resorts and Hotels - Bowral NSW is seeking a friendly Food & Beverage Attendant to warmly welcome guests and guide them through our culinary offerings. You will showcase your mastery in delicious dishes and beverages, contributing to memorable events and exceptional service.

In this role, you will adapt to early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays while delivering personalised recommendations and maintaining a pristine service area.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in customer service within the hospitality sector.
• Proficiency in food & beverage protocols, including table service, beverage expertise, event service and coffee crafting.
• Adaptable within diverse food & beverage settings, with flexibility across different schedules including early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Possession of a valid RSA or an equivalent qualification for the specific Country / State / Territory.
• Passion for engaging with patrons and collaborating within a team of diverse professionals.
