Job summary

Accor Apartments & Realty is seeking a Conference & Events Coordinator to bring events to life, working with our centralised C&E team to create Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), and liaise with clients to ensure flawless execution by coordinating with the Food & Beverage team.

You will manage event logistics, budgets and schedules while maintaining a polished, professional representation of the company. Flexibility for mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating events and weddings with clients.
• Strong administrative and detail-oriented mindset.
• Ability to negotiate favourable terms with suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Liaising with clients and stakeholders to understand event goals, budgets and schedules.
• Execution of conferencing and events including weddings.
• Resolve issues during events to maintain service standards.
• Coordinate logistics, equipment, contractors, resources and personnel.
• Represent the company professionally with a high standard of service.
• Flexibly assist with Food & Beverage during quieter periods.
