Job summary

The Y NSW is seeking a friendly Customer Service Officer to support evening soccer competitions at our Ryde sports centre. You will be the first point of contact for patrons and players, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience during events.

Ideal candidates will thrive in a fast-paced, community-focused sporting environment with a strong passion for customer service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• First Aid and CPR certifications required.
• WWC check required for role involving participants.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to patrons, players and visitors at evening competitions.
• Manage front-of-house operations during scheduled competition evenings.
• Address enquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist with coordination and administration of competition activities.
• Ensure safety and wellbeing of participants and guests according to centre policies.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming facility environment.
